Jared Seyl – District Manager

Jared Seyl is the District Manager of S.I.G Advisors. He has nearly 13 years of experience in the insurance and financial industries.  Since starting at S.I.G. Advisors, he has added entreprenurial experience to his list of qualifications.  During his time at S.I.G. Advisors, Jared has proven his strengths in developing a team atmosphere and motivating staff and team members to their highest level of individual and group performance. He also possesses the ability to develop integrated marketing strategies to promote growth and support established business goals.

Randon Rocks – V.P. of Career Development

Randon joined the S.I.G. Advisors Team as the VP of Career Development. With several years of experience in the insurance industry with Farmers Insurance, she is an asset to our team in training, agency development and product knowledge.

Her responsibilities include but are not limited to: training new agents in sales skills, product knowledge, marketing and agency development.

Prior to joining S.I.G, Randon worked on the District level for several years in recruiting, training, and agent support. She has overall knowledge of District and Agency Operations as well as Growth Strategies for Farmers Insurance Agencies.

 Ericka Hewitt – District Life Specialist

 Ericka joins the S.I.G. Advisors Team as the V.P. of Agency Support. With over 5 years of experience in client support and product sales, she is a valued asset to our team.

Although she is new to our team, she is already making a positive impact for the agents in our District.

Gabe Diaz – District Selection Specialist

Gabriel Diaz joined the S.I.G. Advisors Team as the Agency Business Consultant. Having started his career in education as a Spanish, English and Art teacher, he quickly moved into upper management where he wrote and designed programs to educate students and provide professional development to teachers as a high school administrator. He then progressed into the television industry for over nine years as the only bilingual professional to have the largest and most successful area in the country. In addition to being a musician, he has owned businesses in the photography and construction industries. He has always been intrigued and involved in the insurance industry and first held his state licenses in 2001. This led him in the direction of owning his own small business/agency within Farmers Insurance. Currently, his responsibilities include business and professional development as well as licensing guidance.

Ravi Stephens - Marketing Specialist

As our District Administration Specialist, Ravi Stephens II is responsible for handling a multitude of administrative and clerical tasks such as data entry, invoicing, and computer maintenance.

Ravi is a former agent looking to add value to the District Office Team. He holds various licenses in Life, Health, Property, and Casualty. He is also a recent graduate of the University of Northern Colorado with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. Ravi also aspires to own his own company within the financial and investments industry. Ravi is excited to join the team with hopes of becoming a vital asset, through hard work, dedication, and through assisting other agents in need.

Peter Vlcek - Agency Business Consultant

Peter Vlcek is the Agency Business Consultant of the S.I.G Advisors. Peter has over 7 years of experience with Farmers Insurance. Peter started his journey with Farmers as an Agent in 2005. During his time as an agent, Peter quickly excelled in his profession and was invited to work at the Farmers State office. There, Peter was appointed as the Life and Financial Sales Specialist for the State of Colorado. Spending 5 magnificent years with the state office Peter sought an opportunity to be part of the #1 district in Colorado.

As the Agency Business Consultant, Peter will be able to use his past experiences as both an Agent and corporate ambassador with Farmers to work closely with the Agency Owners to boost their Agencies to a new level!
